Our client is re-locating from central Arbroath to the Arbroath Enterprise Park to create more space for business expansion and in order that he can re-develop the current premises into residential property.
Design Proposals
The industrial unit is to provide office accommodation, storage and a trade counter open to the public. The offices facing the street are to be smartly clad in composite panels whereas the storage and trade counter areas to the rear will use a ‘built up’ profiled cladding system to keep costs down.
The design of the site layout allows for future expansion of the proposed unit and access for further units to be developed speculatively to the rear of the site in future.
